The end of November 2022 statistics are out. There were no earth shattering changes from the previous month as you will see on the charts below. Average sales price took a very slight dip, number of homes for sale pretty much stayed the same and days on the market went up a few days. Overall closed sales were definitely down mainly due to time of year and higher interest rates but nothing to be too concerned about with inventory staying the same. I hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday season and I will be updating the end of the year stats early in January.
